Warranty Coverage

Cheddy Chain provides a non-transferable One (1) Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship when the product is used under normal training conditions.

What the Warranty Covers

The Warranty covers defects in the components, materials, or assembly that impede the product's intended function during normal lacrosse training use.

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The Warranty does not cover:

• Normal Wear and Tear: Including scuffs, scratches, fading, or damage caused by prolonged exposure to elements (sun, rain, snow).
• Misuse or Abuse: Damage resulting from incorrect assembly, accidental damage (e.g., product being thrown or run over), or uses other than lacrosse target practice.
• Consumables: Items expected to wear down during normal use (e.g., specific hardware parts that may need replacement after heavy use).

Warranty Resolution

In the event of a valid warranty claim, Cheddy Chain's sole obligation is to repair or replace the defective part or product at its discretion.

• If a part is confirmed to be defective, Cheddy Chain will ship replacement parts free of charge.
• The customer may be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the defective product if a full replacement is deemed necessary.
