Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Cheddy Chain website and purchasing our product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

Product Sales and Fulfillment

• Accuracy: We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct any errors and change or update information at any time without prior notice.
• Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
• Liability Disclaimer: The purchase and use of the Cheddy Chain training target carry inherent risks associated with sports activities. You assume all risk of injury resulting from the use of this product. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cheddy Chain and its owner (Turf City Sports) from any claims arising out of the use of the product.

Intellectual Property

The Cheddy Chain product, name, logo, website design, text, graphics, photos, and videos are the exclusive property of Cheddy Chain and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without our express written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Affiliate Program Terms

Any participation in the Cheddy Chain Affiliate Program is governed by a separate Affiliate Agreement. All terms regarding commission rates, code usage, and exclusivity are set forth in that agreement.
