Assembly and Parts

Cheddy Chain target system arrives fully assembled. All necessary components and instructions are included in the package.

Shipping Timeframes

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• Shipping Estimates: Once processed, shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States. Please note: Due to high demand, processing and shipping may occasionally exceed 10 business days.
• Shipping Carrier: We use standard ground services (USPS, FedEx, or UPS).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship only within the continental United States.

Damages Upon Arrival (Damaged or Defective Goods)

If your Cheddy Chain arrives broken or with missing parts, you are covered.

• Reporting: You must notify us within 7 days of delivery if the product or any component is broken or missing upon arrival.
• Resolution:We will promptly send you replacement parts free of charge. We reserve the right to request photographic proof of the damage before sending replacement parts. We do not require the return of the full product for simple parts replacement due to shipping damage.
